When registering an account or using the LeafEase Site/App, you may choose to receive marketing communications from us, including updates, offers, service information, and promotions. We will only send marketing communications where you have provided your explicit consent.

Your care may involve regulated professionals such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. Each clinician is responsible for their own professional conduct and regulatory compliance. You consent to LeafEase securely sharing relevant medical information with authorized Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) members for the purpose of providing and coordinating your healthcare.
LdeafEase may request access to your Summary Care Record (SCR) or equivalent medical history from your registered GP, with your explicit consent.
