Dr. Ali is an experienced Emergency Medicine clinician with over 17 years of service in the NHS, including more than 13 years dedicated to accident and emergency care. Having worked in senior roles such as Senior Associate Specialist and Locum Consultant, Dr. Ali has developed exceptional expertise in managing complex, high-pressure situations with calm, confidence, and compassion.
Throughout his career, Dr. Ali has built a reputation for delivering patient-centred care, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and meaningful support for every patient. With a strong focus on communication and collaboration, he works seamlessly with patients, families, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Alongside his clinical work, Dr. Ali is passionate about training and mentorship. He is a Foundation Year Educational Supervisor and an instructor in Advanced Life Support (ALS), Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS), and European Paediatric Advanced Life Support (EPALS). He also leads emergency department study days and in-house trauma life support training, helping to shape and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Dr. Ali has completed a System-Led Clinical Leadership Programme and continues to combine strong leadership with a commitment to continuous learning. With advanced training in medicinal cannabis, he is well-versed in condition-specific prescribing protocols developed from patient data.
